The countdown to NPE2012 is on. I have been receiving products and exhibitors information for the Special Supplement on NPE2012 that will appear in the February issue of the International Plastics News for Asia. The Special Supplement brings into one section all pre-show information and highlights of the show, plus a preview of the products that will be presented by exhibitors.
In the 2009 NPE, I was witness to the vast range of equipment, raw materials, other products and services exhibited at the show by companies from all over the world. The show is ranked as one of the world's biggest shows for the plastics and rubber industry, where industry players display their innovations targeted at the North American market.
From Chicago in 2009, the NPE's 2012 edition is now in Orlando, Florida and is scheduled from 1 - 5 April. The venue is bigger allowing more companies to bring in their machinery for demonstration at the show's floor, and this will definitely provide visitors with more actions and live demonstrations to see. There are more amenities, and new resources have been made available to help international visitors get the most of their visit.
